Young & Restless Star Michelle Staffords Traffic-Stopping Red-Carpet Looks, Ranked [PHOTOS]

There’s a lot to unpack with this off-white gown the Young & Restless star chose for the 2013 Daytime Emmy Awards. We’re sure it was all in vogue at the time, but we didn’t choose it as one of our fave Stafford red carpet looks if only because, while beautiful, there was too much going on to showcase her fabulous figure to its best advantage.
20. Grecian Gal
There’s definitely a nod to the toga-party in the design of this cocktail dress, which was Stafford’s choice for the Daytime Programming Peer Group Reception red carpet in 2011. The silky little cream number paired well with black accents to add interest. That said, it’s not the copper-top’s usual style, and that may be the reason it didn’t make the Top 10.
19. Prom Queen
With the up-do and the corsage this silky baby pink strapless number put us more in mind of the prom than the red carpet. But Stafford, seen striking a zany pose at the 2004 Creative Daytime Emmys, looked sooo pretty in it.
18. B-Limey She’s Beautiful!
Some say green is a redhead’s best color, and we have to say this limey yellow is pretty good too. Fitting Stafford to a tee, the silky number she wore to the 2007 Creative Arts Daytime Emmys with the slit ‘uptothere’ was gorgeous with her cute updo.
17. Blue Streak
Some gowns speak for themselves and this one, which Stafford wore to the Creative Daytime Emmys in 2011, was talking a blue streak! Stylish and on-trend for the time, the star was the picture of elegance in the drape-y cornflower silk and a teasing over-one-eye side part.
16. Golden Goddess
This may not have landed at number one as our favorite Stafford red carpet dress of all time, but the accessory — a Daytime Emmy Award — definitely tops all others! The star looked absolutely beautiful in a gold and floral gown as she accepted her award at the 2004 awards ceremony.
15. Silky ‘n’ Sexy
Stafford could have gone from the red carpet to the clubs at the Jersey Shore in this drape-y silky dream dress she wore to the 2010 Daytime Emmys. Is it hot pink? Crimson? We’re not certain, but does it matter? Paired with her shorter, blonder ‘do, and sexy sequined sandals, it was chic as all get out.
14. Pretty in Pink
We’re certain this electric pink cocktail dress, worn to walk the red carpet at the 2016 Daytime Emmy Nominee Reception, had everyone doing double-takes. It’s simple and sweet, yet still gives a nod to Stafford’s signature figure-hugging style and catches the eye with color. And those shoes… those shoes are just fantastic!
13. A Smattering of Flowers
Michelle Stafford hit the red carpet in New York City in 2003 in one of her signature figure-fitting gowns… but with a little difference. Rather than a solid color, this one had a smattering of little flowers to add interest. She finished the look with a flowered clutch and half-up, half-down hair and bangs.
12. Racy in Red
Michelle Stafford wowed the crowd in this Jessica Rabbitt-esque red gown at the 2005 Daytime Emmys. It was a delicious look what with the ultra-feminine classic hairstyle, but a different necklace might have complemented the off-the-shoulder design better.
11. Deep Purple
Peek-a-boo lace in a deep purple hue paired with a sassy curly ‘do?!? Yes, please! This look, worn on the red carpet at the 2002 Daytime Emmys definitely filled the bill for lacy and racy!
10. Super Chic
The Young & Restless star rocked cat eyes and a sassy smile as she posed on the carpet at the 2012 Creative Arts Daytime Emmy Awards. Her elegant jumpsuit was chic and she hit just the right note with her matching clutch and off-the-face up-do.
9. Goth Girl
With her darker locks, pulled back hair, animal print clutch and edgy black gown, Stafford teased a goth look while simultaneously managing to be the picture of elegance. We just love the combo and that’s why it made our top ten.
8. Black & White
Michelle Stafford really knows how to wear a column dress and she proved it in spades — actually rosettes — when she posed on the red carpet at the 2009 Daytime Emmy Awards. To offset the strapless yumminess, she wore her glossy strawberry blonde locks in a low side pony with white drop earrings and a bright red lip.
7. Rocking It!
Stafford teamed a fun sideswept bob with an edgy LBD (little black dress!) for the 2010 Daytime Emmy Awards in Las Vegas. While her clutch was cute, the best accessory to this slashed cut-out number, however, was the redhead’s mischievious smile!

Rocking a glamor girl hairstyle and a classic halter gown in a silky cream, Michelle Stafford effortlessly channeled old Hollywood when she appeared on the red carpet at the 2006 Daytime Emmy Awards. Her feathered clutch, red lip, and drop earrings were the perfect accents for the look.
5. Green With Envy
Michelle Stafford just slays in silk gowns like this emerald dream which shows off her to-die-for figure… not to mention her California tan and blonde highlights. This is definitely one of the daytime vets best colors! We love the halter style of the gown, which she complemented with a gold clutch and understated jewelry at the 2017 Daytime Emmys.

Michelle Stafford was an absolute smoke show arriving for the 2016 Daytime Emmys in a cut-out figure-hugging red number that put her toned tummy on display to perfection. The golden waves in her hair matched her dazzling clutch for a look that is one of our faves!
3. Just Peachy
Georgia peaches and sunsets come to mind when we look at Michelle Stafford in this stunning coral floor-length bodycon gown, which must have had eyes out on stalks as she walked the red carpet in 2018. It pairs perfectly with her sun-drenched locks and suntan… no other accessories necessary. Absolutely gorgeous.

From her exquisite silk gown and diamond earrings juxtaposed against the red carpet and the sleek black limo, this photo captures the essence of what it means to be a star. Our fave!
1. Revved in Red
The Stafford just keeps getting better and better. This lipstick red number worn at the 51st Annual Daytime Emmy Awards in 2024, was an absolute knock-out and paired perfectly with her gold clutch, bangle, and, of course, her signature strawberry-blonde locks.
