SOMERSET COUNTY, Pa (WJAC) — A school in Somerset County is getting a huge food donation.
Last week, more than seven thousand granola bars were delivered by Junkless Foods to Windber Middle School.
One teacher we spoke with says she came across a Facebook post to fill out a from asking what you would do with seven thousand granola bars.
A few days later, the school got an email saying they won the contest.
The granola bars that were delivered come in a wide variety of flavors like strawberry, chocolate chip and peanut butter.
Teachers say these granola bars are made out of all natural ingredients.
They also say the granola bars are being used for extracurricular activities, such as after school sports.
