CHICAGO (CelebrityAccess) Online ticketing marketplace Vivid Seats, based out of Chicago, has agreed to purchase Toronto-based ticketing company Fanxchange for up to $60 million. While Vivid Seats focuses on maintaining a marketplace where fans can buy and sell tickets, Fanxchange distributes tickets for loyalty programs and financial institutions, among other entities. The acquisition will extend Vivid Seats’ reach beyond consumers, company CEO Stan Chia said in a statement.

Morgan Osman, an Instagram star, model, and designer, gained media attention after being filmed arguing and hurling cusses at her co-passenger on an airplane. While walking on the aisle, she noticed another co-passenger captured her video. In response, she exclaimed, "Film me! I am Instagram famous, you f*ucking bum." After the incident went viral, Morgan Osman received a lot of backlash online. Furthermore, Morgan Osman's official Instagram account seems to be deactivated.

Jorge Castillo was convicted on Wednesday, Feb. 8, of five counts of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 and one count of intimidating a witness following a five-day trial, the Northwestern District Attorney's Office said. A judge is set to sentence him on Monday.  The jury deliberated for three days, but they were unable to return verdicts of two counts of aggravated rape and abuse of a child and one count of open and gross lewdness, officials said.
